Dr. Paul Pelletier
Chief of Staff
Education: Rensselaer Polytechnic and Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Paul Pelletier graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic in 1997 with BS Degrees in Biology and Psychology. Following graduation, he moved to the Boston area where he worked at Tufts University School of Medicine as a research technician.
As an undergraduate at Rensselaer, Dr. Pelletier excelled academically. He was inducted into the Rensselaer Medical Honor Society and was awarded a position on the Dean’s List of Distinguished Students.
A 2002 graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Pelletier is a general veterinary practitioner at Hudson Animal Hospital. During his leisure time, he enjoys hiking.
Dr. Nicole Goldstein
Dr. Nicole Goldstein (formally Helmers) majored in Animal Science and Wildlife Conservation at the University of Delaware. She also worked as a veterinary technician in Wilmington, DE. She then went on to graduate from the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine with her DVM degree in 2011. She has had externships at the Washington Animal Rescue League and HSUS Wildlife Care Center. Dr. Goldstein has done volunteer work with Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS), Operation Catnip, and the St. Francis House Pet Care Clinic. She also traveled to Ecuador during her veterinary training to provide volunteer veterinary care to small animals and livestock. Although Dr. Goldstein loves all animals, she has a particular interest in feline medicine. She is committed to providing quality, compassionate care to your pets.
Dr. Goldstein enjoys swimming, hiking, camping, traveling, and reading in her free time. She lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband and their dog and two cats.
Dr. Sarah Sullivan
Dr. Sarah Sullivan (formally Perlmutter) graduated with a B.S. from MIT in 2002, then went on to graduate from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She then completed a one year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Veterinary Specialists of Connecticut in West Hartford, Connecticut.
Dr. Sullivan enjoys all aspects of general practice and the daily challenges it provides and takes pride in providing the best possible care for every furry four-legged family member. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and their dog and cat. When she’s not working, Dr. Sullivan enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, camping, snowboarding, and most other outdoor activities, including volunteer trail work in the White Mountains.
